The cleanliness of the room was mind-blowing, and the design was superbly well thought out to maximize space. The combination of modern amenities with traditional tatami mats and impeccable carpentry was jaw-dropping. The lighting configuration added a neat touch. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the train and metro stations, with shops and restaurants nearby. The receptionist was super sweet and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, despite the language barrier. The property was clean, new, and had a great value for money. The fact that they had a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus. The team even waited for our lost luggage, even though there was no 24-hour receptionist. The kindness was overwhelming.

The combination of modern amenities and traditional tatami mats was a pleasant surprise, and the lighting configuration was really neat! I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and bright, making my stay comfortable. The location was convenient as it was quiet yet easy to access different parts of the city by metro and train. The staff were cute and helpful throughout my stay, providing personal assistance and a warm atmosphere.
The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options to choose from.

The hotel location is very convenient, close to both Nijo train station and metro. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find something to eat. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as towels, slippers.
One thing to take into account is that the hotel might be a bit of a walk from the main tourist spots, so it might not be the most convenient location for some travelers.

The bedding was fairly comfortable and there were basic appliances provided in the communal area for guests to use. the hotel was located close to public transportation and several convenience stores, making it easy to get around and grab essentials on the go.
there were some cleanliness issues, such as finding hair on the floor and bedding. while the location and basic amenities were helpful, these issues made for a less enjoyable stay.
